How do The Nue Co. monthly plans work?
You see best results when you take supplements consistently and using our plans make that easy. When you add a product or products to a plan, you'll receive it monthly without having to do anything to re-order. When you sign up, you're committed for a minimum of two months. Which of your products are vegan?
All our products are cruelty-free and 100% vegan, except for VITAMIN D, which is sourced from lanolin; MOOD, which contains vitamin D sourced from lanolin; JOINTS, which contains glucosamine; SKIN HYDRATOR, which contains hydrolyzed collagen; GROWTH PHASE, which contains egg.
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, all our products are gluten free.
Do I need to keep The Nue Co. supplements in the fridge?
No, we use room temperature-stable ingredients and prebiotics in all of our formulas.
I am pregnant, which products should I not be taking?
A number of our formulas contain adaptogens which are not advised for pregnant women. We would recommend checking with your doctor before using any supplements when pregnant.
Can I use your products if I’m on other medication?
Yes, but as with all supplements, we recommend checking with your doctor first.
What is the average shelf life?
Unopened, our recyclable, dark glass jars help to preserve formulas naturally for two years, without the need for chemical preservatives. Once opened, we recommend consuming within six months but you can check the "consume by" date on the base of every jar.
Why do you use inulin?
Commercial inulin has a pretty bad reputation—and rightly so. It’s often highly processed + used as a bulking agent. The inulin we use couldn’t be more different. It nourishes the gut with prebiotics and is derived from 100% organic chicory and artichoke root. A recent study found that a small dose of daily inulin increases the presence of bifidobacteria (good bacteria) counts and helps treat IBS symptoms instead of making the problem worse. Doesn’t heat kill prebiotics + probiotics?
Rather than using a live strain, we use probiotic spores which lie dormant until they reach your small intestine. This means that our formulas are much more resilient than traditional products. Whilst we don’t recommend adding any boiling liquids, our formulas are totally fine stirred into hot drinks and foods, like oatmeal.
Why is Debloat Food + Prebiotic a different color from the last time I bought it?
Because we use all-natural ingredients, our formulas can vary in color from time-to-time. The results and taste will always be the same, but it’s totally normal for Debloat Food + Prebiotic to sometimes be bright orange or slightly purple.
How long will it take to see results?
It depends on the formula and the person. You’ll feel results immediately from quick-fix products like Functional Fragrance and Magnesium Ease. For long-term benefits, most people see positive changes after a month. For formulas like Sleep Drops, we recommend upping your dose from six to 12 drops if you’re still having trouble sleeping. With all products, noting down how you feel at different points of day can be a useful way to track progress.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). All standard shipments require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–10 business days to arrive. All express shipping requires 1-2 business days to process and between 2-3 business days to arrive. All expedited orders require 1 business days to process and will arrive with in 1-2 business days.
